Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Homeowners Claims Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Evaluating, negotiating, and authorizing settlements with all stakeholders within designated authority
- Investigating each claim by gathering information, conducting interviews, taking statements, conducting website research, etc
- Handling highly complex exposure claims relative to homeowner's property based
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Licensure as required by respective state
- 6+ years of relevant homeowner's property claims experience
- Maintains resident/nonresident adjuster licenses as required
- Must have multiple years of demonstratable experience successfully working remote
- Bachelors' degree with 8 years of relevant homeowner's property claims experience or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Property Claim Law and jurisdictional issues
