Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building and executing pricing strategy for your portfolio
• Tracking Revenue Management KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Owning and leading the Revenue Management function for your given portfolio

Qualifications for this position include:

• 2+ years of revenue management and strategic rate pricing experience across multiple properties
• Strong excel and data visualization skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven when making decisions
• Ability to build and execute pricing strategy for your portfolio
• Ability to track Revenue Management KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ability to own and lead the Revenue Management function for your given portfolio
