Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources roles including experience as an HRBP.
  • Experience with career pathing, building a startup, and with learning and development.
  • Experience with organizational development, employee relations, and with coaching
  • Experience with compensation and benefits and with HR metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equal relevant experience
