An online support community has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior HR Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help our team’s meet key business objectives by working on people strategies
- Thoughtfully maintain compliance and legal risk
- Handle employee relations issues and investigations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources roles including experience as an HRBP.
- Experience with career pathing, building a startup, and with learning and development.
- Experience with organizational development, employee relations, and with coaching
- Experience with compensation and benefits and with HR metrics
- Bachelor’s degree or equal relevant experience
