An education company is in need of a Telecommute Senior HR Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Act as a resource and advisor to employees and managers
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and support human resource processes
- Coach employees on employee relations matters
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of progressively more responsible HR experience
- 3 years of experience with organizational development
- Strong ability to frame issues and solutions quickly and concisely
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership, change management and facilitation skills required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
