Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior HRIS Analyst in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Recommend and configure modules to meet evolving business needs of the company
  • Audit, generate and support mass loads into HRIS
  • Act as a subject matter expert, troubleshoot system and integration issues as they arise

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience as a HRIS analyst in any of the following areas: Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Payroll
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to adjust strategies based on outcomes
  • Integrations experience - creating and debugging
