Job Summary

An industrial company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior HRIS Business Analyst in Menomonee Falls.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support the periodic release of Oracle Cloud HCM updates
  • Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs
  • Manage configuration and train staff

Qualifications Include:

  • Expert level functional and technical knowledge required in Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications
  • SQL knowledge
  • Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulate solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or business administration
  • Five years’ experience working with, implementing, and or supporting global Oracle Cloud HCM Fusion modules
