Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Human Capital Management Professional Engagement Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the implementation of 1-2 simultaneous projects
- Demonstrating competency in the company's product suite
- Ensuring projects are properly planned and staffed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- 5+ years experience project managing HCM, payroll or financial implementations
- Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
- Experience implementing the company's applications or similar applications
- Working knowledge of human resources, benefits, payroll, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable and/or services procurement
- Knowledge of Internet technology
- A balance of functional (business) and technical experience
