Job Summary
A worldwide leader in telecommunications services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Human Resource Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual HR Operations reviews
- Providing ownership over the HR Connect ticketing data and dashboards
- Participating in and leading Process Improvement projects using lean tools and methodologies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of in-depth working knowledge of lean process improvement and project management
- Experience working with HR functions and processes
- Highly skilled in deep dive data analysis
- Experience in identifying and leading subject matter expert teams through lean process analyst
- Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking Methodology
- Excellent group presentation and needs assessment skills
