Job Summary

A business solution provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Human Resource Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Advising clients and their staff on HR best practices
• Helping clients strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs, and practices into their daily operations
• Ensuring business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws in their respective states

Qualifications for this position include:

• Travel may be required
• College degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management with specialized study in HR management
• A minimum of 15-20+ years’ experience in HR and management
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products to include Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of employment law; multi-state experiences a plu
• All other requirements necessary for this position
