An information technology services company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Human Resource Data Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Influencing change with a “Lead with Data” mindset through data analysis
- Building strong relationships and collaborates with HR Teams
- Providing high quality data to assist with making data informed decisions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Possibly 25% travel
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 6+ years of experience with HR data analysis or HR data reporting
- 3+ years of workforce analytics or data analysis experience.
