Job Summary
A technology services company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Human Resources Classification Consultant in Arlington.
Must be able to:
- Lead classification lifecycle from start to end
- Revise and/or rewrite position descriptions for 8 General Schedule (GS) positions
- Perform work in accordance with OPM standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with Foreign Service National (FSN) classifications
- Progressive and relevant experience in human resources in federal government environments
- Excellent knowledge of federal staffing and classification
- Excellent knowledge of Federal Civil Service rules and regulations in multiple HR disciplines
