Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Human Resources Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing implementation of human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Establishing, implementing, and leading a talent acquisition strategy
• Playing a leadership role as part of management in union negotiations

Required Skills:

• Ability to work and collaborate with diverse staff in person and remotely
• Minimum of 5 years in HR, with experience in 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 entities a plus
• Experience leading HR in a team of at least 100 employees
• Familiarity with the domestic worker sector and issues facing domestic workers
• Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong organizational skills, and creative problem solver
