Telecommute Senior Human Resources Recruiter

Job Summary

A cloud-based digital banking solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Human Resources Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Work with external recruiting firms when necessary
• Provide full lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions utilizing traditional and creative sourcing practices
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
• Experience with Workday or other ATS
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
• Must be internet savvy and experienced with mining on-line databases
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
