A business services and development-focused company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Human Resources Solution Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers
- Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of Enterprise customer needs
- Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% regional travel)
- Mastery of the Sales process and trusted advisor for account representative
- Flexible with creative problem-solving skills
