Job Summary

A customer experience company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Implementation Manager in Salt Lake City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing senior-level technical configuration and, in some cases, programming
• Developing costing proposals for projects, performing risk analysis, and managing change control
• Assisting with the development of client information management standards and evaluation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Professional and confident public presence
• BS/BA in technical (e.g., CS/IS/EE) or business (e.g., Marketing/MIS) field or equivalent work experience required
• 10+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements above
• Experience in communicating at a technical and functional level while managing business rapport
• Deep skills in specialized technical & functional areas
• All other requirements necessary for this position
