Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Implementation Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing ongoing analysis of current internal practices
  • Creating and validating all regular and ad-hoc operational dashboard requirements
  • Analyzing operational metrics for performance trends and issues

Required Skills:

  • Travel as required
  • 2 years experience in the PBM, health care, pharmacy industry
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Business or other related subject matter
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and experience working in ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, ServiceNow, etc
