Job Summary
A global information services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Information Services Account and Relationship Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring renewals of existing business
- Addressing and resolving client issues/problems
- Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 30%
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent account management and/or sales related experience
- 5-7 years previous experience in Account Management
- Microsoft Office proficient, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of databases and ecommerce platforms
