Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Infrastructure Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform zero or minimal downtime migrations of core data stores
  • Conduct fail over and rollout strategies for our data stores hosted on AWS
  • Lead and improve ongoing efforts towards Infrastructure as Code

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Linux System Administration
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud services and security in an enterprise environment
  • Built tools that automate your job, and have deep knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Experience working with technologies like AWS services, service mesh
  • Experience working with technologies container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, monitoring
  • Demonstrated expertise for leading cross-team technical engineering initiatives
