Job Summary
needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Instructional Designer.
Must be able to:
- Provide both strategy and tactics to help inject modern, instructional design and development best practices
- Champion the empathetic ethos needed to understand adult learners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- An expert in Instructional Design with 5 or more years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs
- Able to identify appropriate instructional strategies and define learning objectives that support content across a wide range of deliverables
- Comfortable creating multimedia courseware and web-based training in accordance with instructional design standards and specifications
- Excited to drive instructional design analytics best practices as they pertain to target audience identification, job task prioritization, and other learning-focused metrics
- Driven by the challenge of working with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in a remote environment
