Job Summary

A company that offers training services has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Instructional Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing learning needs and recommending learning solutions and strategies
• Creating curriculum design of learning solutions and strategies
• Developing engaging content and interactive learning for a variety of audiences

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of previous experience in instructional analysis, design, and development
• 5 years of experience in a corporate or professional training environment
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Experience and success developing training content at a faster-than-industry pace
• Demonstrated ability to design highly creative, quality and innovative learning solutions
