Job Summary

An insurance software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Insurance Software Development Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Sourcing, reviewing applications, pre-screen candidates, and supporting the candidate journey
  • Coordinating team kickoff/debrief meetings, and facilitating alignment across hiring teams
  • Building scalable processes and workflows to provide an amazing candidate and interviewer experience

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally at a technology start-up or SaaS company
  • Experience building and iterating on processes/programs that scale and provide a positive candidate experience
  • Experience and passion for building and managing a diverse pipeline
  • Experience with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  • Curiosity and a data-driven mindset
