Job Summary
An insurance software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Insurance Software Development Technical Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing, reviewing applications, pre-screen candidates, and supporting the candidate journey
- Coordinating team kickoff/debrief meetings, and facilitating alignment across hiring teams
- Building scalable processes and workflows to provide an amazing candidate and interviewer experience
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally at a technology start-up or SaaS company
- Experience building and iterating on processes/programs that scale and provide a positive candidate experience
- Experience and passion for building and managing a diverse pipeline
- Experience with tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Curiosity and a data-driven mindset
