Job Summary

A media company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Intellectual Property Development Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work directly with inventors and colleagues to determine patentability of invention disclosures
  • Work directly with inventors to review and approve drafted patent
  • Prosecute patent applications in-house

Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years patent-related experience
  • Experience working with inventors, developing patent portfolios, and preparing and prosecuting patent applications
  • Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, electrical engineering or related industry experience,
  • U.S Patent Attorney admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
  • Admitted to practice law in state of residence
