A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Senior IT Contracts Attorney in New York City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and managing contract reviews, drafting and negotiations
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating technology agreements
- Preparing presentations and communications on technology contracting matters
Position Requirements Include:
- A JD and an active license to practice law
- 6+ years experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel
- Experience negotiating complex technology agreements for international organizations
- Thorough understanding of licensing, data security and data privacy contracting matters
- An understanding of and experience working with both cloud providers and the associated issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with high level managers
