Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute Senior IT Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex SQL scripting issues
  • Resolving data modeling issues
  • Analyzing customer's Business Intelligence product configuration & troubleshooting issues

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to read, understand and debug complex SQL queries
  • Up to 3 years of experience with BI software like Microstrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, OBIEE or QlikView
  • Experience with data modeling for data warehousing- Star Schema and Snowflake Schema designs
  • Experience working with RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, MySQL, Postgres etc
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving skills
