Job Summary

A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior IT Technical Recruiter in Milwaukee.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identifying and implementing sourcing strategies based upon the job position
• Working with recruiting team to screen, test, and qualify applicants
• Identifying and submiting qualified candidates to Client Hiring Managers based on the provided job description

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimal travel required
• 5 years of technical recruiting experience required with knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
• Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking
• Experience in mentoring recruiters/delivery professionals
• Experience in at least three industries/verticals or specialty recruiting experience
• Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes
