Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Java Software Developer in Falls Church.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new web applications and services
  • Be a major contributor to migrating existing applications and services to new solutions
  • Maintain and support existing web applications

Qualifications Include:

  • Less than 10% travel
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 10 years’ web development experience
  • Or a related technical degree in combination with relevant work experience
  • Experience developing robust, enterprise-class web sites
  • Experience writing and tuning SQL and noSQL database queries
  • Experience mentoring team members and collaborating on design
