Job Summary
A provider of cloud-based software needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Knowledge Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- On boarding new clients
- Leading reimplementation/remediation efforts for existing clients
- Providing demonstrations of new features to prospective, new, and existing clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Experience with ITSM and CRM systems, including integrating those systems with outside sources
- Experience in a call center environment, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Experience in interfacing with, interacting comfortably with, and addressing concerns
- Experience in working with the SDLC on software products and providing input on product direction
- Experience in a customer advocacy position
