Job Summary

A provider of cloud-based software needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Knowledge Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • On boarding new clients
  • Leading reimplementation/remediation efforts for existing clients
  • Providing demonstrations of new features to prospective, new, and existing clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Experience with ITSM and CRM systems, including integrating those systems with outside sources
  • Experience in a call center environment, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • Experience in interfacing with, interacting comfortably with, and addressing concerns
  • Experience in working with the SDLC on software products and providing input on product direction
  • Experience in a customer advocacy position
