A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Learning and Development Consultant in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide reporting on participation rates, quality scores, and related improvement activities
- Develop and manage to an annual budget
- Engage in additional leadership development initiatives as appropriate
Qualifications for this position include:
- 50% travel
- Expert training/delivery skills
- 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 6+ years in people management
- Demonstrated track record of developing direct reports & inspirational leadership
- Must meet all listed company requirements
