An internet workforce company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Learning and Development Manager in the Mountain View Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring creation and deployment of training efforts that address the needs of our partners while scaling for the future
- Conveying the value of our programs and changing them where necessary to drive greater impact
- Leading us to prioritize and build out a strategy that makes a difference right away
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to work from home on Wednesdays
- Progressive experience in L&D for 7+ years
- Ability and passion on all areas of L&D from needs assessment through delivery
