A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Learning Digital Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and creating solutions and processes for new issues
- Answering all incoming customer, partner, and internal emails
- Evolving and maintaining the Learning Platform knowledge base
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with managing and analyzing report data
- Experience in responding to customer needs
- Experience creating and/or improving operational processes
- Detail orientation and advanced organizational skills
- Ability to resolve client issues and escalate when appropriate
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
