- Conducting needs assessment and reviewing instructional design standards
- Curating and developing models appropriate for a given course
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years of proven instructional design experience using ADDIE or similar methodology
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a sales enablement organization
- Experience integrating theory and practice to deliver pedagogically-sound e-learning experiences
- Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
