Job Summary
A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Learning Solutions Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and drive incremental revenue/growth opportunities stemming from our existing client base
- Establish operational performance metrics for the learning solutions organization
- Leading, developing, and managing the learning solutions organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Up to 25% travel as needed
- 15+ years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Masters' degree or equivalent
- Strong leader and manager of people with 10+ years managing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a growth strategy and drive performance
- Strong operational experience in developing processes and procedures with associated metrics
