Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare system needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Leave Administration Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as key HR Operations partner to the CoE on the build and delivery of programs
- Overseeing all partner/vendor/TPA service level agreements
- Providing subject-matter expertise in functional area of Leave Administration
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years relevant experience with enterprise programs in Leave Administration
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience
- Experience in leading large-scale projects including ERP and/or SaaS system implementations
- Significant experience in gathering business requirements and creating project documentation
- Experience in development and leadership of test plans
- Proficient with MS products and/or G Suite or other related tools
