Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Legal Employment Attorney and Editor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and enforcing global policies and procedures for companies
- Developing, writing and editing Practical Law Global know-how and current awareness resources
- Organizing and conducting webinars on cross-border transactions and other Global topics
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least eight (8) years’ experience working as an employment lawyer
- Significant, broad expertise and practice experience in a variety of international employment matters
- Experience with employment in corporate transactions, particularly cross-border M&A
- Good understanding of the needs and priorities of both law firm attorneys and in-house counsel
