Job Summary

A global information services company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Legal Invoice Fulfillment Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Efficiently and accurately review legal invoice entries
  • Verify the compliance to legal billing guidelines
  • Verify the accuracy of the UTBMS task codes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel domestically in the US independently
  • Paralegal Certification or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3- 5 years of experience in a legal services or legal bill auditing environment
  • Experience with legal billing processes
  • Firm understanding of the federal and/or state rules of civil procedure
