Job Summary
A financial service company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Life and Disability Health Benefits Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the subject matter expert to answer market trend and product questions from the field
- Overseeing renewal and RFP transactions on behalf of local client teams
- Negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors on behalf of clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- In-depth product knowledge of group employee benefits -
- Sales, service and/or underwriting experience in group Life and Disability benefits required
- Benefit consulting or benefits management experience
- Strong project management discipline and experience leading projects independently
