Job Summary

A healthcare solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Life Sciences Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, problem resolution and guidance
  • Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
  • Bachelors or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or relevant work experience
  • 7-10 years industry experience
  • Minimum five (5) years full-time experience selling/consulting to life science companies or CROs
  • Experience with healthcare products/solutions in a sales, services, consulting, or client management environment
  • Relationships with key CROs and life science decision-makers
