Job Summary
A senior living company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Living Advisor in Concord.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building relationships and educating families over the phone on the referral process
- Ensuring families understand the value of the company throughout their senior living search
- Managing the sales process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Visit communities
- 3+ years’ experience
- Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solutions
- Documented history of ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
