A search company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Machine Learning Search Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and implementing new NLP and ML-driven features in the stack
- Working on topics ranging from learning to rank, click and attention modelling to semantic matching
- Promoting knowledge share and collaboration in a distributed team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience Java / C++ / Python
- Industry experience in information retrieval, building search systems at scale
- Experience in academia or industry with modern information retrieval topics and techniques
- Demonstrated data science and machine learning fundamentals
- Self motivated, collaborative style, open communicator, experience distributed
- Good attention to detail and highly organized
