Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Mainframe Storage Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring hardware health
  • Handling project planning and documenting actions
  • Delivering client expectations of timeliness

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of System Engineering experience in z/OS
  • Experience in MVS skills in all IBM utilities and mainframe disciplines
  • Strong understanding of access methods and VSAM Record Level Sharing
  • TSO ISPF, JCL, DFSMS, HSM, DSS, DFP, IBM utilities, CA1, RMM
  • Enterprise class storage experience in DELL, HDS, or IBM
  • All other requirements as listed by the company
