Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Senior Manufacturing Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing full life cycle recruiting
- Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
- Handling heavy client-facing responsibilities including candidate tracking in an ATS
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for Manufacturing and aerospace positions
- Proven success in full cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Sufficient level of technological-savvy and ability to learn new programs quickly
- Flexibility in schedule with availability to work both short and long term assignments
- Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
