Job Summary
A workforce solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Manufacturing Recruiter in the Milwaukee Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and submitting qualified candidates to Client Hiring Managers based on the provided job description
- Assisting with job requisition and description development
- Identifying and implementing sourcing strategies based upon the job position
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimal travel is required
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience in at least three industries/verticals or specialty recruiting experience
- Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing the full life cycle recruitment processes
- Experience in mentoring recruiters/delivery professionals, advanced sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Internet experience, including job boards, job postings and networking
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies to include cold calling and direct sourcing
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
