- Create and contribute to content/idea origination and development
- Develop and execute campaigns targeting users
- Develop and execute email campaign strategies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- A successful track record of creating and implementing marketing campaigns that delivers measurable results
- Experience with campaigns targeting both employees and employers
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools
- Excellent writing, time management, decision-making, presentation, organizational and problem solving skills
- Extremely organized and highly motivated
