Job Summary
A media and journalism company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Media Benefits Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with benefit consultants on annual health plan renewals and other company-wide benefit programs
- Act in a lead role and is a senior benefits resource for other team members
- Lead company wellness initiatives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree or
- Comparable number of years of professional work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience administering corporate benefits or equivalent experience
- Accounting or payroll knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills
