Job Summary

A media and journalism company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Media Benefits Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with benefit consultants on annual health plan renewals and other company-wide benefit programs
  • Act in a lead role and is a senior benefits resource for other team members
  • Lead company wellness initiatives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree or
  • Comparable number of years of professional work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience administering corporate benefits or equivalent experience
  • Accounting or payroll knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced computer skills
