Job Summary
A contract research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Medical Copy Editor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing multiple regulatory document projects
- Copy-editing content of assigned documents to ensure editorial, grammatical, and scientific accuracy
- Providing training, guidance, and mentoring of the editorial junior staff and may oversee vendor deliverables
Position Requirements Include:
- 8 years of copy editing in the pharmaceutical industry or similar field
- Must show strong proficiency in writing scientific content and using MS Office
- Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of the promotional review process and appropriate guidelines
- Must display strong written and oral communication skills
- Must exhibit an ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
