Job Summary

A consulting agency and medical research organization has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Medical Research Business System Analyst Salesforce Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating CRM system trainings
  • Developing ad-hoc reports and dashboards
  • Maintaining and communicating system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree
  • Salesforce.com Administration Certification 201
  • 5 years of prior related experience working as a Salesforce system administrator/developer
  • Experience with CPQ, including building Bundles, Price and Product Rules
  • Sound judgment with effective decision-making skills and the ability to solve problems independently
