A consulting agency and medical research organization has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Medical Research Business System Analyst Salesforce Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating CRM system trainings
- Developing ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Maintaining and communicating system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS/BA degree
- Salesforce.com Administration Certification 201
- 5 years of prior related experience working as a Salesforce system administrator/developer
- Experience with CPQ, including building Bundles, Price and Product Rules
- Sound judgment with effective decision-making skills and the ability to solve problems independently
