Job Summary

A contract research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Medical Writer.

Must be able to:

• Providing high-quality medical and scientific writing from planning and coordination of literature search through delivery of final drafts
• Providing technical consultation and providing substantive advice on strategy, regulations and industry best practices
• Demonstrating subject matter and therapeutic area expertise

Required Skills:

• BS/BA in a scientific discipline(or licensed certification) with 4+ years relevant writing experience
• 2 years relevant experience as a medical writer, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• Must possess the ability to manage large projects with minimal supervision
• Must possess the ability to coordinate production of deliverables and provide leadership to a project team
• Must possess independence in decision making and problem solving
