Job Summary
A major healthcare provider is seeking a Telecommute Senior Medicare Sales Strategy Project and Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging multiple managers/cross functional leaders and their work teams to see projects through to implementation
- Setting strategic direction for certain team projects, complex projects and/or programs
- Having full accountability for assigned projects and/or programs such as financial, regulatory, marketing, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10 - 25% of travel
- 7+ years managed care/health insurance industry experience
- Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change
- 4+ years experience in project/program management with a successful track record
- Experience managing large budgets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
