Job Summary
A financial technology services company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing financial impact analyses (e.g. portfolio valuation analysis)
- Assisting with the development of ad hoc reports
- Aiding in monitoring the financial health and providing risk ratings and recommendations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some travel/in office for large organizational meetings may be required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business and/or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3+ years experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with financial data analysis, developing models, due diligence, and other transaction-oriented work
