Job Summary

A training company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Military Development Instructor.

Must be able to:

  • Apply the five-phase US Army ADDIE process
  • Design, develop and introduce courses and products
  • Teach lessons in accordance with approved curricula

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Recently retired US senior field-grade US military officer
  • Military Education Level (MEL) 4 qualified
  • Experience designing and developing training and/or outcomes-based curriculum
  • In-depth/current knowledge of US Joint, US Army and NATO doctrine
  • Demonstrated proficiency with automatic data processing equipment
  • Valid US secret security clearance
